Sale Terms

Payment - 50% deposit is required with the order.  Please allow 4-to-6 weeks for custom orders. The entire balance is due prior to shipment. Credit card through Paypal, check or money orders are accepted . If a check is used, then SKSC will ship the order after the check has cleared (approximately two (2) weeks). A $30.00 fee will be applied to any returned checks (e.g., NSF).  Delayed payments will result in delayed delivery.

Rush orders require a 20% additional charge.  Otherwise, SKSC will deliver item four weeks from date of order.

A delay in payment will result in delayed delivery.

Shipping

Items are shipped within two business days via United States Postal Service Priority  Mail  2-3 day mail.  There is a flat rate of $10.00.  Insurance is optional and recommended.  If you need your item sooner, Express and overnight mail is optional.  Please indicate your mailing option.  Shipping is not part of the purchase price.

Ready-to-Wear Orders

SKSC guarantees that merchandise is of high quality and free from defects. If an item does not fit properly or buyer chooses to return the item, it is the buyer's responsibility for postage and to return unwanted items back to us. All returns must be made within seven (7) days of delivery for full refund, less shipping.  All items must be unworn and unaltered with tags intact.  SKSC must be contacted within three (3) days of receiving item if item needs returned.  No returns after seven (7) days expiration.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Used Items

All used items are “as is” and non-returnable.
