For custom Jacket/Blouse orders, please fill in the following form with information and measurements.

Taking Your Measurements

Bust: Measure by putting the tape measure under your arms and around your shoulder blades (tape measure should be straight across your back). Also make sure to measure over the fullest part of your bust.

Waist:  Measure natural waist line, between your ribs and top of hip bone (usually at belly button).

Hips: Measure at fullest part of hips.

Arm: With arm hanging straight down, measure from top of shoulder down to the top of thumb joint.

Shoulder: From the back, measure from point of shoulder to the other point of shoulder.

Back to Waist: Measure from base of neck to waist.

Back Length: Measure from base of neck to length you desire.  Hem will match this measurement, and some items may not be possible to alter.
